Espoo is a municipality adjoining Helsinki
In 2010 Phin won 3 CCs at Finnish Shows, but needed a further CC after 12th March 2011 before he could become a champion in Finland. To be a Finnish Champion at least 1 cc must be won after the age of 2 (in the UK it is after the age of 1) Finnish judges like his type, and have asked Sari if he can attend their Judges' Training meeting.
